he has identified the potential for a viable business model catering to this space, and understands the need to contribute directly towards these initiatives and hence decided to resign from his present job and start an organization that will create social impact

‘ To develop underprivileged job seekers into job creators’

will work towards identifying young entrepreneurs who are between 21-35 years of age from under-privileged backgrounds (household income < Rs.5000 per month).
would reach out to the underprivileged communities through its employees and volunteers.
would also identify counselors, who will guide the young individual entrepreneurs throughout the project’s lifecycle. The counselors would be individuals with established business operations or salaried persons working at a corporate INDIA.
Once entrepreneurs are identified, they would be coached by employees and volunteer counselors. Business plans would be developed organization may decide to provide the seed capital ranging from 1 lakh to 5 lakhs.
There are several enabling factors
• The number of underprivileged youth in is high
• Corporate Social Responsibility has become a buzz word in the Corporate world and counselors would be available easily
Challenges:
1• What would it take for the model to become self sustaining and emerge as a viable proposition?
2• What process would the organization apply to identify individual entrepreneurs? 3• How many people can the organization impact in the first three years? How can the model be made scaleable?
